Where and how do I buy tickets?

All tickets to the Walled Garden Music Festival are purchased through the ticketing page on our website.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Payment can be made by using Stripe, and all cards associated with the VISA and Mastercard networks.

How will I know if I have a ticket or not?

Once you have made the payment, an email will be sent to you confirming your purchase. If you have not received your confirmation email within 24 hours please contact 01825 713337

How and when will e-tickets be distributed?

A confirmation email will be automatically sent after payment is complete. All e-tickets will be sent to you via email, following purchase.

Will tickets be available on the gate?

As we are a small sized boutique music event, our limit is only 1800 attending. You are advised to purchase prior to arriving at the festival, as, given the quality and status of the bands performing, we expect to sell out each day. Please check our website for ticket availability.

And who can I contact after the festival for lost property?

To enquire about lost property after the festival please contact us through our website.

Is there any lock up service for valuables?

No. We don’t have this facility, so please don’t tempt fate by leaving valuables on show.

I’m under 18, can I buy a ticket?

Yes, all ages are welcome., if you are under 18 you must be accompanied by an adult. You won’t be able to buy any alcoholic drink onsite but you can have as much new music as you like.

Do children 12 and under need tickets?

Yes. Children aged 6-16 will need a ticket. Children under the age of 6 enter the festival free of charge but will need an under 6 ticket to ensure we do not breach the capacity for this boutique venue.

Is it a good idea to bring children?

Children are definitely welcome, however the loud music and often dancing crowds mean we recommend hearing protection and insist they are always in the care of a parent/responsible adult.
