Tickets

All advanced tickets will be confirmed on purchase by email to you. All tickets will now be digital, and sent to your email address automatically after purchase. All tickets include a £2.50 booking fee. All tickets are NON REFUNDABLE.
 
Family Tickets include both parents and their children (up to and including 2 children) under 16 years old. Children over this age are required to possess a full adult ticket.

Refunds

We cannot offer refunds if you are unable to make it to the festival or on the basis of inclement weather. The Festival reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists, and to vary the advertised programme and timings without being liable to pay any compensation whatsoever. Refunds will only be offered if the festival is cancelled due to government Covid 19 restrictions, or Heath & Safety concerns due to bad weather. Alternatively, the ticket may be extended to the following year.  

Ticket Touts/Fake Tickets/Authorised Sellers

Please note that advanced e-tickets are only available via this website.  If your ticket is a fake/stolen e-ticket purchase, we cannot allow you on to the festival site!

Admission terms

The festival reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or for failure to comply with the reasonable requests of the festival. Ticket holders consent to inclusion in photographic, visual and audio promotion of the Festival. Vehicles and their contents are parked at the owner’s risk. We do not accept any responsibility for losses or thefts of any kind of property anywhere on the site including, without limitation, where applicable from vehicles, caravans, tents, trailers and camper vans.

Booking Fees

Tickets purchased online from our website are subject to a £2.50 booking fee. 

What You Can And Can’t Bring

No animals (except guide dogs) are allowed anywhere within the Walled Garden Music Festival site. 
No alcohol or glass will be brought into and within the Walled Garden Festival music area. This is the area encompassing within the walls of the castle grounds.
 

You may bring food into the Walled Garden Music Festival area.
